Our customer service employees quickly respond to you as soon as they receive your emails or calls, reducing the economic loss caused by machine malfunction to the lowest possible degree.

Pre-Sales
1. Technical Advisory Service: Jilong provides free technical advisory and consultation service for customers who are looking for a suitable printing machine. We will recommend machines in accordance with the customer's special manufacture requirements.
2. Inquiry: If you are interested in any type of our textile machine, our employees will supply a standard price table.

Note: For a certain model of machine, the price varies in the configurations and technical parameters.

During Sales
1. Packaging: Export-standard packaging
2. Delivery date: 60 workdays after receiving deposit
3. We designate well-trained workers for installation and delivery.
4. We provide detailed machine drawing pictures and layout plan for customers.
5. After the machines arrive at customer's place and confirming the installation environment is standard, we will assign two engineers to offer on-site installation and adjustment service.
6. When installation and adjustment is done, our engineers will give 7-day long training about machine operation and daily maintenance.

After-Sales
1. All Jilong machines are guaranteed for one year, providing not damaged by the user. Within the warranty period, we offer free technical support and components.
2. Beyond the warranty period, when there is something wrong with the machine, our company provides technical guidance and remote service. If the problem cannot be resolved by online direction, we will send engineers to your place. Appropriate service fees and component fees will be charged.
3. Follow-up service is carried out every six months.
